Anyone tried to upgrade? I'm facing the below error during upgrade from 11.5 (SU3) to 12.0. /usr/local/cm/script/cm-dbl-install L2 PostInstall 12.0.1.10000-10 11.5.1.13900-52 /usr/local/cm/ /partB/usr/local/cm/ /common/log/install/capture.txt failed (1). failed to upgrade infrastructurepost components. /usr/local/bin/basescripts/appmanager.sh -upgrade -basepath /common/rpm-archive/12.0.1.10000-10 -logfile /common/log/install/installlog2017-09-20.09.57.36.log -resultfile /common/log/install/upgrade-results.xml failed (1) Any idea to resolve it?
Steps: 1) Download CUCM iso file from cisco.com: UCSInstall_UCOS_10.5.1.10000-7.sgn.iso 2) Create the directory for mounting the iso file: sudo mkdir /mnt/iso.

Hi Manish, Please see the response from cisco (via cisco local partner). 'Based on the resources, I found that for the CUCM migration, Migration procedure requires licensing for Unified Communications Manager 10.5(1).
The licenses required for this migration are: Unified Communications Manager Release 10.5(1) Only one license is required for the CUCM migration.However, To prepare for the upgrade, you need to download Cisco Unified Communication Manager Release 10.5(1) bootable image software from the following location: Please see this referenced on the links below.
